![]() Fatigue:Running out or low on gas is a serious issue. It dramatically affects our quality of life, our health and vitality. It is like a red light blinking on the gauge display of our car, telling us something is wrong under the hood. Low energy and fatigue cluster around two categories of problems or the combination of them. Problem 1. Nutrition Needs and Toxins. Anything that causes our cellular machinery to misfire and not create adequate energy in the cell will result in fatigue. This can occur if our cells are not able to access the right fuel and the right fuel mix in our diet. This is incredibly important and can make an enormous difference to cellular energy. Additionally, substances toxic to cellular energy creation will inhibit vital enzyme activity, responsible for energy creation. This could include heavy metals such as lead, mercury and aluminum. These metals tend to bind up our important enzyme activity that is responsible for energy production. Other problems include micronutrient deficiencies, common in our on the run, convenient SAD (Standard American Diet). A variety of petroleum based compounds can also play havoc as well as biologic toxins from intestinal yeast, parasites and infections. Problem 2. Neuro-Hormonal Imbalances. Problems in neurotransitter imbalances and hormones can cause immediate fatigue problems. There are a variety of chronic fatigue associated problems resulting from cumulative, acute/chronic stress response states that alter the neuro-hormonal controls. This state of being ‘chased' all day by by modern day stressors leads to alterations in our ‘lizard brain’ (sub conscious brain areas such as the hypothalamus, limbic system, amygdala and hippocampus) that can dramatically alter and influence the hormone balance of our pituitary, thyroid, adrenals, sex glands and the autonomic nervous system output signaling. Such mess-ups in the communication pathways can lead to clinical symptoms of being wired and tired, depression, anxiety, fatigue, fibromyalgia, burnout, immune dysfunction, gut issues, sore muscles and weight gain. Eventually, life threatening illnesses and death. The good news is there is answers and treatment for these problems when properly understood and diagnosed. Come talk to us about your problems to see if we can help or register for one of our free lectures and seminars to understand and know more about the causes, clinical characterizations and cures. |
