Hi Jeanette,

Exactly one year ago, I saw you as a complete mess. There were multiple times throughout our conversation that I just wanted to cry because I knew you were hitting things on the head. I didn't fully understand them, but knew that you had answers.

HCG was a success for me. I dropped 20 pounds between Feb and May and worked out consistently with a trainer. I wasn't supposed to be doing that on HCG, but did it anyway. I am down to 128 pounds, and 28% body fat. I'm still working out and can really only eat about 1100 calories to maintain, but food isn't that important to me when I work as much as I do. If anything, it's tough getting in my six small meals a day.

Besides feeling so much better with the depression gone and weight gone, the pain in my feet and knees are completely gone. I must have had an abundance of inflammation, as you stated...

Anyway, my weight is where it should be, we're moving the store and I have the energy to do it...and most importantly, the pain is gone. (I'm about a size 6). My customers are noticing a difference in me. . . .
